The New York Fashion Week ended last week, but that’s no reason for Michael Beasley to stop treating the city as his own catwalk.

The New York Knicks forward was spotted by Pablo Torre on Wednesday and it wouldn’t have prompted the reporter to whip out his phone and send a tweet if it weren’t for a peculiarity he saw of Beasley’s get-up.

Sporting the same confidence in taking ill-advised shots on the hardwood, Beasley was seen by Torre wearing a wristwatch on his right ankle. Feel free to take a moment in picturing that on your mind.

If true, Beasley might have had one-upped Russell Westbrook in terms of fashion bizarreness.

Beasley has been recently signed by the Knicks on a one-year deal last August with the team hoping the former second-overall pick would help boost New York’s bench scoring. The nine-year NBA vet has career averages of 9.4 points and 3.4 rebounds per game.

If you happened to chance Beasley on the streets, don’t bother asking him for the time — unless you’re open to the idea of stooping down the forward's foot level.
