LeBron James is in the news after he was attacked by President Donald Trump on Twitter. Trump questioned James' intelligence in the tweet, and now the rest of the NBA is responding.

Nick Young took to Twitter to make an interesting prediction.

Young could be right. If the 2016 election told us anything, it's that previous political experience isn't a prerequisite for becoming president. You could be a reality TV star or, perhaps, a basketball player. James is already one of the most recognizable faces on the planet, and although many people dislike James as a player, it's impossible to criticize his off-the-court endeavors.

James recently opened a school for at-risk kids in his hometown of Akron, Ohio. He was widely praised for his efforts and will continue to use his voice and platform for change.

In regards to Swaggy P's tweet, James will be 35 years old in 2020, making him eligible for a presidential run. Obviously, no one expects James to run for president, but perhaps Trump is just preparing for the possibility of facing LeBron in 2020.

If there was ever an athlete who could make a realistic run at the White House, it might be James. But don't expect any political runs from James in the near future, at least until his basketball career is over. The 33-year-old is still the best player in the world and is showing no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

Perhaps Swaggy P's prediction will come true down the road, but until then, don't buy a James 2020 sign yet.
