Los Angeles Lakers shooting guard Dion Waiters recently hosted a pretty awesome party in his house amidst the current nationwide lockdown. Not to worry, though, the 28-year-old still adhered to social distancing measures, by literally not inviting any guests to his impromptu roller rink house party.

Waiters shared a few videos of himself on Instagram wearing a pair of roller skates while happily strolling around his own home.

It's great to see the Lakers talent is keeping himself entertained in a very wholesome way. Just a few months ago, the former fourth overall pick was suspended by his former team, the Miami Heat, for having a panic attack on the team plane after taking a THC edible. So skating around the comfort of his own home is definitely a welcome development for a guy who is looking to get his career back on track with his new squad.

Just last month, the Lakers gambled on Waiters by signing the seemingly troubled free agent to a deal for the rest of the season. The 6-foot-3 shooting guard was only able to suit up for the Purple & Gold three times, however, prior to the league-mandated season suspension due to the coronavirus pandemic.

A Philly native himself, the Lakers veteran was reppin' Phiadelphia 76ers legend Allen Iverson in this clip, which was also pretty cool. He also implied that skating is something he learned to love because of his Philly roots, so it is clear that the City of Brotherly Love holds a special place in his heart.
