A couple of days ago, a video of an open gym game between several NBA players went viral because apparently, Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker believes that no one should be double-teamed during pickup games. He got upset, saying “Hey bro, we're not doubling in open gym bro.” Free agent center Joakim Noah, who was part of the opposing team clapped back by saying “Yeah, we are.” This has led to several debates and discussions on social media, and Orlando Magic forward Evan Fournier has decided to share his thoughts about what happened.

According to Fournier, based on what he read on social media, everyone gets double-teamed on pickup games, though he understands where Booker is coming from.

A lot of people have blasted Booker for saying that no one should be double-teamed during pickup games and players should just work on their games. But isn't being able to find ways to get out of double teams part of the ‘work'?

But hey, Booker said that he's getting doubled all-season, so he probably just the game to be a little bit relaxed.

Well, he was playing with Noah, a well-known hard worker during his prime. Those kinds of complaints won't work on the veteran center. Noah believes that if Booker really wants to work on his game, then being able to get out of double teams is something that he should be focusing on.

It will be interesting to see what will happen if Booker and Noah meet in the NBA this upcoming season. Hopefully, Joakim will be able to find a team soon.
