Dallas Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic was all business on Saturday as he faced his former coach in Rick Carlisle, who is now heading the Indiana Pacers.

Doncic had a couple of run-ins with Carlisle throughout the game, and he didn't hold back in the trash-talking of the ex-Mavs tactician.

As James Boyd of Indy Star noted, after the Slovenian star blocked Caris LeVert on a driving layup, the Pacers coach went to the referees to ask for a foul. In response, Doncic shook his head while mean-mugging him and saying “Ain't no foul, Rick! Ain't no foul.”

It didn't stop there, though. Luka Doncic also yelled at the referee and Rick Carlisle after the latter successfully had the youngster called for a carrying violation–much to the dismay of the Mavs star.

After the game, Carlisle explained the whole thing to the media, admitting that he has to beg for foul calls and other calls in order to slow down a great player like the Mavs playmaker.

“Hey, you’ve got try to find some ways to slow the guy down. I mean, even if you have to just beg for a call,” Carlisle said, per Tim MacMahon of ESPN.

Of course everyone knows it didn't work as the Mavs came out with a dominant 132-105 win.

As for Carlisle and Doncic, there's clearly no hard feelings between them. They actually shared a heartwarming moment, hugging each other after the game. Doncic then proceeded to praise and thank Coach Rick for his part in paving the way for him to become the superstar he is today.
