Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic is the best player remaining in the 2022 NBA playoffs, and Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors better take note.

While some might say that it's blasphemous to ignore Curry and Jayson Tatum in the conversation for the top player remaining in the postseason, the numbers back up Luka's argument. The Mavs star has been dominating in the playoffs, and that's against the fifth-ranked Utah Jazz and the top-seeded Phoenix Suns.

As Callie Caplan of the Dallas Morning News noted, Doncic is leading the playoffs in scoring with 31.5 points as well as rebounding with 10.1 boards. He is tied with Warriors vet Draymond Green for the most assist numbers with 6.6, while he is only behind Jimmy Butler in steals per game with 1.9.

Luka Doncic is doing it all for the Mavs, and to say that anyone else comes close is just disrespectful to the work he has put in to lead Dallas to the Conference Finals.

Of course even though they have the best player, the Mavs still can't afford to be complacent against the Warriors. Besides Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson seems to be finding his groove. There is also Jordan Poole who has been phenomenal for the Dubs so far in the postseason.

But then again, the Mavs will surely love their chances with the Slovenian wonderboy leading the way.
