Bosnia is through to the Knockout Stages! They have defeated Qatar 3-1 in the final match of the group stages to finish in third place in Group B, behind Canada and Switzerland. Switzerland has shocked the group and took first place after beating Canada 2-1 at the exact same time. All final group matches are played at the same time for integrity reasons.

With how the bracket looks right now before Team USA's final match on Thursday, Bosnia and the USMNT are lined up to play in the Round of 32 next week. The Americans would host Bosnia on July 1, from where things stand now; however, it won't be official until at least Thursday night. There is still a chance that the USA could face the third-place winners of Groups E, F, I, and J.

Groups E and F will play before the USMNT on Thursday night, so the Americans may know their future opponent before they step on the pitch against Turkiye.

Bosnia is a very tough team that impressed in these games. They finished in a draw against Canada but lost to Switzerland, giving the Swiss the needed points to win the group. If the Americans are set to face Bosnia, it will not be an easy match, and may be the toughest one of the entire games so far.

The Americans would be the favorite for sure, but that does not mean they would get it done. Right now, the USMNT is riding a lot of momentum through two games, and it is expected to continue past Thursday against Turkiye.
