Indiana Pacers All-Star shooting guard Victor Oladipo won't play against the San Antonio Spurs on Monday.

Oladipo has a sore right knee, per the Pacers:

Oladipo has appeared in 10 games for the Pacers this season. He's averaging 12.0 points, 2.7 rebounds and 2.4 assists while shooting 36.8 percent from the field, 26.4 percent from beyond the arc and 76.9 percent from the free-throw line.

The Pacers are 36-24 on the season. They are in sixth place in the Eastern Conference standings.

It has been a struggle for Oladipo since he made his season debut. This was to be expected, though. Everyone knew Oladipo’s return to the lineup was going to be rocky at first since he has been out for so long. Patience is what every Pacers fan needs right now.

Eventually, Oladipo is going to play like the All-Star he is and develop chemistry with his teammates, particularly with new backcourt running mate Malcolm Brogdon. These things just take time and sometimes fans don’t have the will to be patient, but in this case, they have to be especially patient if they want Oladipo healthy and firing come postseason time.
