As the Phoenix Suns are currently rebuilding, they have started the 2017-18 NBA season with an 0-3 record with losses to the Portland Trail Blazers, Los Angeles Lakers, and Los Angeles Clippers. While it will be another long season, Phoenix has established a solid young core through the draft in recent years.

With the Suns preparing for the Sacramento Kings, Eric Bledsoe had an interesting messsage on Twitter:

While it is too early to speculate, many will naturally assume Bledsoe is asking for a trade. Coming off a career season, the 27-year-old is only averaging 15.7 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 3.0 assists in 27.7 minutes through three games.

As the Suns are focusing on developing Dragan Bender, Devin Booker, Marquese Chriss, Josh Jackson, and Tyler Ulis, it will be interesting to see what happens to Bledsoe. Although he is just 27 years old, it remains to be seen if he is part of the team's future.

In addition to Bledsoe, Tyson Chandler and Jared Dudley have been mentioned in trade rumors for the past year as the Suns are looking to provide more opportunities to their prospects. However, for the Suns, the team's top priority will be figuring out Bledsoe's tweet and how to move forward.
