After defeating the New York Knicks on Monday at Madison Square Garden, the Phoenix Suns are on a three-game winning streak for the first time in 652 days, according to Redditor u/ORANG_DRAGIC.

The Suns have defeated the Dallas Mavericks, Minnesota Timberwolves and Knicks. They are now 7-24 on the season and will look to win their fourth in a row on Wednesday when they take on the Boston Celtics.

This is pretty remarkable considering what the Suns have been through lately. The debacle that was the Trevor Ariza trade dominated the NBA headlines. Then you have the Suns owner reportedly thinking about taking the franchise out of Phoenix. Brooklyn Nets forward Jared Dudley also ripped the organization over the weekend, saying that the Suns have the worst practice facilities in the NBA.

But somehow through all the drama, Phoenix has found a way to stay together and win three games in a row. It obviously helps that star shooting guard Devin Booker is back in the lineup. The 22-year-old missed six games in a row with a hamstring injury. He scored 28 points against the Timberwolves over the weekend and 38 Monday versus the Knicks.

It looks like Suns rookie big man Deandre Ayton is starting to figure things out on the NBA level. The No. 1 overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft had 21 points and 13 rebounds versus the Knicks. Let's see if Phoenix can beat the Celtics in Boston and get on a four-game winning streak.
