YouTube sensation Jake Paul really, really wants the Conor McGregor fight to go down. So much so, that the loud-mouthed 23-year-old recently called out McGregor, as well as UFC President Dana White, on Twitter for trying to block the exhibition match. UFC fighter Nate Diaz caught wind of Paul's tirade, and could not help but take a shot at the YouTuber.

For starters, here's Paul's NSFW barrage aimed at McGregor and White, as he shared how he just sent over a $50 million offer to McGregor to take the fight:

Somewhat surprisingly, the UFC star appeared to come to the defense of McGregor and White. Diaz seemed to have taken offense at Paul's utterly disrespectful message (the YouTuber also insulted McGregor's wife), and decided to take matters into his own hands:

Diaz himself doesn't have the best of relationships with McGregor, with these two having one of the most intense rivalries in all of mixed martial arts. Nevertheless, Diaz seems to think that Paul crossed a line with his message, and the former just couldn't let it pass.

Unsurprisingly, Jake Paul responded to Nate Diaz with a jab of his own, referencing the recent knockout of former NBA player Nate Robinson at the hands of Jake Paul's own brother, Logan Paul:

It feels like all this is getting out of hand, which is probably what Jake Paul is trying to accomplish. Love him or hate him, the dude needs to be given credit for being one of the most effective promoters on social media today.

McGregor is not one to keep his thoughts to himself, so we're likely going to get a response from him soon.

Nate Diaz last fought during UFC 244, where he squared off with Jorge Masvidal. Diaz ended up losing that fight via technical knockout.
