The Golden State Warriors made sure that they would be playing their final regular season game in Oracle Arena in style.

Before their match-up with the Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday, the Warriors surprised their fans by going retro and wearing their throwback ‘We Believe' jerseys that became popular over a decade ago.

Stephen Curry has been wearing throwback jerseys of the ‘We Believe' team in recent weeks, but it sure came as a surprise that all players would be wearing it in their final home game of the season.

Everyone in the Golden State team were obviously stoked with the revelation, especially Curry who even made sure to emphasize what they were wearing.

The said jersey was popularized by the so-called ‘We Believe' Warriors of 2007 that became just the third eight-seeded team in NBA history to upset the no.1 team, which was the Dallas Mavericks back then.

Sure enough, the Warriors didn't let the Clippers ruin the fun and cruised to an easy 131-104 demolition of the visiting LA squad. Curry, to no one's surprise, led the way with 27 points, five rebounds and four assists.

Draymond Green, on the other hand, had a near triple-double of 10 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists. He also anchored the defense, finishing with five steals and three blocks.

For his part, Kevin Durant had 16 points while Klay Thompson and DeMarcus Cousins chipped in 12 points each.
