The Dallas Cowboys vs. Las Vegas Raiders matchup went to overtime and was fittingly decided by a penalty.

With just over six minutes left in the extra period and the Raiders facing a third and long, the Cowboys cornerback was whistled for defensive pass interference, his fourth of the game. That moved Las Vegas well into field goal territory and virtually awarded them the win. Brown spoke out on his errors after the contest.

Via Pro Football Talk:

“It’s frustrating, but at the same time, we’ve got to deal with it,” Brown said after Dallas' defeat. “We’ve got to try to fight through it. The other team is dealing with it, too. They’re getting calls, too. So, we can’t complain about that. We’ve just got to keep fighting.”

Despite being the scapegoat for such a brutal defeat, Brown was accommodating of all inquiries hurled at him. He didn't shy away from the questioning and knows these types of games happen.

“It’s just one of them days,” the Cowboys CB continued said. “I’ve just got to watch the film, see what we can improve and get better. I feel like I was in position for all of them. I’ll just try to turn my head. . . . Just got to get better. Just trying to get better.”

The Cowboys have lost their last two contests. While the defeats took some wind out of their sails, they're still very much the Super Bowl threat most thought they were beforehand. Ending their losing streak at two in their next game against the New Orleans Saints will be all they need to wash the bitter taste from their mouths.
