Los Angeles Lakers legend Shaquille O'Neal has an undeniably deep love for the Purple & Gold. However, even Shaq has been critical of this current Lakers team and their recent struggles.

In a recent episode of his podcast, The Big Podcast with Shaq, the Hall of Fame big man shared his true feelings about LeBron James and Co. With the Lakers recently striking a massive naming rights deal to change its stadium's name from Staples Center to Crypto.com Arena, Shaq admitted that he won't be attending Lakers home games anytime soon:

“I’m not even going anymore,” Shaq said about the Staples Center name change.

“No, I’m not. Who want to watch them people play?”

Shaq clearly isn't happy with how the Lakers have been playing of late and he wasn't shy about taking a bit of a shot at them. Instead, O'Neal revealed that he would much rather watch Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors live:

“I don’t celebrate seventh place at all. I celebrate Steph Curry. That’s who I celebrate. I can go to Golden State and watch him play,” Shaq said.

To be fair, Curry and the Dubs have been nothing short of outstanding all season long. Shaq has always been a big Curry fan and he's clearly all-in on the Steph hype train this year.

LA, on the other hand, has been anything but impressive right now. Shaq has never been one to mince words so he has made it abundantly clear that at the moment, he isn't a very big fan of his beloved Lakers.
