Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James recently came clean about one particular issue he has with NBA players and their offseason workouts. According to The King, he finds it annoying that players work on stuff that won't necessarily help improve their game. Unsurprisingly, the mean streets of Twitter saw this as an opportunity to throw shade at Ben Simmons of the Sixers.

For starters, here's LeBron's initial tweet about one of his pet peeves:

There are more than a few trolls on Twitter and a good number of them just couldn't help but throw in Sixers want-away star Ben Simmons and his jump shot into the conversation (h/t Alek Arend of The Spun):

There are a lot more where that came from, but you get the picture. Simmons has been the stuff of headlines of late as he tries to force a move away from the Sixers. Philly has been having trouble finding a trade partner for him, though, and many believe that one major hurdle in any deal is the glaring weakness in Simmons' game — his jump shot, or the lack thereof.

Simmons recently posted a video of himself working out wherein he is seen draining multiple jumpers in a row. This is not the first time the Sixers stud posted a similar summer workout video and apparently, the fans aren't buying it. Unfortunately for Ben, most folks don't believe that a jump shot is something he's actually going to be adding to his arsenal next season, and the opportunity to roast him yet again in LeBron's tweet was too good to pass up.
