The Minnesota Timberwolves were in need of a spark against the East-leading Milwaukee Bucks. Fortunately, shooting guard Jarrett Culver was able to oblige.

Culver showed no remorse after finishing with a thunderous dunk over center Robin Lopez before drawing a technical from the officials.

Although the dunk from Culver provided the Timberwolves with a much-needed spark, they certainly could have done without the technical at such a crucial moment in the game. Regardless, it shows that the rookie is not shy about flashing his jumping ability when given the opportunity.

Jarrett Culver has largely played a modest role for the Timberwolves since being taken with the sixth overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft; however, dunks like this show that he is starting to feel much more comfortable getting adjusted to the next level of play. Entering Wednesday's game, Culver is averaging 8.2 points, 3.2 boards, 1.9 assist and 1.2Ā  steal in 22.5 minutes per game for Minnesota.

It should also serve as a lesson learned for the rookie to keep the trash talk to a minimal during a game as tightly-contested as this one.
