Steve Kerr would be the first person to admit that the Golden State Warriors aren't meant to win a lot this season. Two of their important stars are out, and teams like the Los Angeles Lakers will have a field day with the ragtag bunch of players they have on the floor.

However, Kerr is a competitor and will want nothing more than to at least keep things competitive. So it's understandable that Mercury News' Wes Goldberg and the rest of the media bore witness to the Warriors head coach unloading his frustrations on the eight-game losing skid they are currently on.

Some of the opponents they faced during that stretch were understandably better than them this season. The Lakers, Houston Rockets, and Miami Heat are playoff teams with their sights trained at the Larry O'Brien trophy. The Nets may have lost their two stars to injury this season, but they've put together a decent squad themselves.

What Kerr may find unacceptable was their losses to teams like the Phoenix Suns and Sacramento Kings. They could have easily brought the game to them during that time, but it was obvious that the lack of talent in the Warriors roster could not save them.

Thankfully, the Warriors manage to keep their pick. However, the team would now like to win some games to cheer themselves up.
