Golden State Warriors superstar Klay Thompson has entered the record books once again. Against the L.A. Clippers, Thompson moved up to 22nd on the all-time 3-pointers list, passing Mike Miller.

Klay Thompson has broken a lot of records during the course of his seven-year NBA career and even though he's far from retiring, the former 3-point shootout winner is already considered as one of the greatest shooters to play the game.

Thompson has struggled with his three-point shot early this season, which is rare for someone of his caliber. However, it seems like, recently, he has been on fire from long distance which is great news for the Warriors and their fans. For the league? Not so much.

With Klay Thompson starting to hit his mark again on a consistent basis, it will be interesting to see how far on that list he will climb up. After the Warriors' first 13 games this season, Thompson is averaging 21 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game. He is shooting 47.4 percent from the field and 35.6 percent on three-pointers.

His percentage from long distance so far is the lowest in his career. He has not averaged below 40 percent from that area in any season until now. It is still early in the season, so the 3-point shooting woes that he's been having early in the season should not worry the Warriors and their fans.
