Former MLB star Derek Jeter is still making moves after his playing days. while he is keeping busy in the Miami Marlins front office, Jeter also just made a bucket of money from his Tampa Bay mansion, selling it for a ridiculous $22 million. Oh, and did we mention Tom Brady and his wife Gisele rented it out before?

The mansion is the most expensive piece of real estate in the city's history, per TMZ. It's stationed right on the water and has a total of seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Derek Jeter had quite the view. Take a look:

Derek Jeter really did live in that. What a house. He purchased the 22,000 square feet estate in 2005 and was initially just going to put $2.3 million down. However, the Yankees legend did some major renovations and ultimately cashed in big time on the mansion. The place also features a saltwater pool, gym, movie theater, and a 6-car garage. Never mind it's private dock with two boat lifts.

It's unknown who purchased the Derek Jeter house, but it wasn't Brady and his wife. Nevertheless, it's one sick pad and whoever lives in it next will be truly living the high life. Even crazier, it was initially listed for $29 million. Jeter got lowballed, didn't he?
