The New York Giants take on the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 12 and there's going to be a lot riding in this highly-anticipated NFC East matchup. These two teams have a bit of recent history stemming from last season wherein the Eagles virtually cost the Giants their playoff spot.

Last season, Giants coach Joe Judge called out the Eagles for “disrespecting the game” as they tanked their way to a contentious 20-14 loss against Washington Football team. New York lost their spot in the playoffs because of WFT's win and for his part, Judge was not shy about calling a spade a spade.

At this point, however, it sounds like Judge has already put this incident behind him. When asked about the revenge narrative against Philly, the 39-year-old shot-caller opted to play down any beef between his Giants and the Eagles:

“I’d say anything in the past is irrelevant towards what’s going to happen this week,” Judge said, via Martin Frank of delaware online.

“They all count the same. They’re all important.”

Judge may have been diplomatic in his statement but you can be sure that there's going to be a bit of bad blood between these two sides when they face off in Week 12.

The Giants are dead last in the division right now with a 3-7 record while the 5-6 Eagles are placed second. Philly is on a two-game winning streak and the Giants will definitely want to put an end to that run come Sunday.
