The Boston Celtics had a huge scare during the second quarter of Game 4 against the Washington Wizards, when their starting shooting guard and defensive ace, Avery Bradley, appeared to have hurt himself.

After the match, the 26-year-old Texas product revealed, via Jay King of Mass Live, that it was his left hip pointer injury that he aggravated. He then added that he will make the most of the two days between games to rehab it, and receive some treatment, to allow him to play in their next outing.

“Man, hip pointer in my left side. My other side. In the second quarter. I'm going to be fine. We have two days, rehab it, I'll be good.”

“I think I got a little stiff. I have to do a better job at making sure I'm loose throughout the game especially with this. It's my fault. I just have to do a better job at it. I'm going to use tomorrow to make sure I'm prepared for Game 5.”

Bradley was visibly uncomfortable and felt pain as the game progressed. He only made 2-of-9 from the field and finished with five points and four rebounds in 32 minutes of action.

With the series now heading back to Boston for Game 5, the Celtics' trainers and team doctors will have to make sure they can help improve Bradley's condition so he can contribute to their team's cause and take the lead once again in the series after losing back-to-back games.
