The New York Knicks are still undecided on what to do with their third overall pick. Apparently, they're still not sold on RJ Barrett and are still considering trading down in the draft.

According to a report by ESPN's Jonathan Givony and Mike Schmitz, the Knicks are still considering the option of trading the third overall pick to the Atlanta Hawks' two first rounders, which will be the eighth and tenth picks, which is why they are looking at some of the prospects that might still be available at the latter part of the top ten.

“In addition, the Knicks are looking closely at other draft prospects who might be in play at No. 3 but could also very well fall later in the top 10, including Cam Reddish, Jarrett Culver, Coby White and Nassir Little.”

Although there are additional reports saying that the Knicks don't seriously consider this option, one of the reasons why they are looking at the possibility of trading down in the draft is because they want to surround potential free agent signee, Kevin Durant with players that can compliment his style of play.

The Knicks wanted to land the first or second overall pick in this year's draft but unfortunately, they fell short. Now they seem to be unsure about what to do with their pick, but at this point, keeping it would still be their best option.

However, if they do decide to trade it, the fans could only hope that the Knicks have a bigger plan in store. Otherwise it would be another wasted opportunity, yet again.
