[email protected] asked Sheppard about whether the Wizards can practice at ESA during the inauguration. Sheppard said that they were going to be on the road anyway. Also asked about Amber Nichols being the Go-Go GM: Shep is proud and Brooks said it's the best news all day!
Scott Brooks confirms Russell Westbrook injured himself in training camp, felt better, and then got hit during one of the games. Brooks called it "day-to-day, but we'll see when he can get back on the court." He will be reevaluated soon.
GM Tommy Sheppard points out what many have that a silver lining of the postponements is Russell Westbrook will miss fewer games due to his injury.

Scott Brooks on Russell Westbrook's quad injury: "He feels much better... it's day-to-day." Westbrook is supposed to be re-evaluated on Sunday, but the facility being shut down could delay those plays by a day or two.

Brooks in regard to Westbrooks' quad injury: He'll be re-evaluated on Monday/Tuesday.
Sheppard said he "pretty much knows who we have... I'm excited about who we added, about Bradley Beal, and the season he's having." But he made it clear: his focus is on making sure everyone is healthy and safe, as it should be.
