Boston Celtics guard Kemba Walker is stretchered off the floor against the Denver Nuggets after colliding with teammate Semi Ojeleye.

Walker collided with Ojeleye head-first in the second quarter and went down with what appears to be a neck injury. He was immediately stretchered off the floor.

Walker played for 12 minutes and is out for the night. He finished with three assists and a rebound in the game.

The Celtics are certainly hoping that the injury is not as serious as it seem, especially considering that it is an injury in the head/neck area.

Boston is already dealing with an injury to star forward Gordon Hayward, and losing Kemba will undoubtedly be a huge blow to the team as well.

Walker is averaging 22.6 points, 4.9 rebounds and 4.8 assists per game for Boston. he is also shooting well for the team, recording a 40.5 percent shooting clip from the field, 39.2 percent from deep and 91.7 percent from the free throw line.

Editor's Note: Earlier version of this article said Walker collided with Marcus Smart. It has been corrected to Semi Ojeleye.
