Boston Celtics star Kyrie Irving reportedly looked “amazing” in his recent workout alongside James Harden and Kevin Durant as they took the court against members of the Miami Heat on Monday, according to Chris Mannix of Yahoo Sports.
Irving played with no restrictions during the last two days after coming back from a season-ending knee injury and an offseason surgery to clean up debris from his previous surgery in 2015.
Uncle Drew was seen skating past defenders and displaying his deft touch around the basket with slithering runs to the rim and delicious wrong-footed finishes in the lane, looking like the dominant player he was expected to be during the 2017-18 season:

Irving is one of the two star players the Celtics are expecting to get back from injury, along with Gordon Hayward, who only got to wear the team colors for a brief stint during the season opener before falling victim to a freak ankle injury.
The Celtics now have the East in their sights after LeBron James' departure from the Cleveland Cavaliers and consequent signing with the Los Angeles Lakers, making Irving and Hayward's health a must to take over the throne.
Based on the reports and this video, it seems like Irving is well on his way to a successful return to the court as he shows glimpses of his old self with only a few weeks before the start of training camp.
