On Friday morning, news that had been expected for a little over a month was made official. The United States Supreme Court has officially reversed Roe v. Wade. That's the landmark ruling that deemed women have the right to choose what to do with their own bodies regarding pregnancy.

Shortly after the news broke, Lakers superstar LeBron James shared his feelings on the Roe v. Wade reversal. But he did so by capturing President Barack Obama's and retweeted them.

“Today, the Supreme Court not only reversed nearly 50 years of precedent, it relegated the most intensely personal decision someone can make to the whims of politicians and ideologues- attacking the essential freedoms of millions of Americans,” Obama tweeted.

President Obama has been a staunch believer in the Roe v. Wade decision from over 50 years ago. He also tweeted out ways people who stand with him can help fight the perceived injustice.

He later posted another caption with a link to his article he previously published when the news leaked that Roe v. Wade was going to be overturned last month.

In part, he said that even though we knew this was coming, it is no less devastating.

This country is very deeply divided and it has never been more apparent than now. Some people feel that overturning Roe v. Wade was the right decision. Many of them are led to that position of pro-life by religious beliefs. That is somewhat confusing as the Constitution states that the United States of America was to have a separation of Church and State.

Many others feel the reversal of Roe v. Wade is a massive injustice to women everywhere. Clearly both James and President Obama fall into that camp.
