Former NBA player Stephen Jackson responded to TNT analyst Charles Barkley, who had called him out for his anti-Semitic views stemming from defending Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson.

On Friday, Barkley called out both Jacksons, Nick Cannon, and Ice Cube for their anti-Semitic views, though he seemed to have forgotten his own coworker Dwyane Wade:

“Man, what the hell are y'all doing?” asked Barkley after citing the aforementioned names. “Y'all want racial equality. We all do. I don't understand how insulting another group helps our cause. And the only person to call y'all out on it was Kareem [Abdul-Jabbar].”

Stephen Jackson wouldn't stay quiet for long, however, barking back at Barkley for making him the headliner of his rant, with one of his own.

Transcript via Dan Feldman of NBC Sports:

“Charles Barkley, speak on what you know,” said Jackson. “Don’t stop letting people put a battery in your back to say certain s**t that you don’t even know what you’re talking about. I know what I said. So, keep my name out your mouth. However you feel, I honestly don’t give a f***.

“But that don’t stop nothing I got going on. I’m out here with the real people, the people that’s really suffering, caring about my people. You dig what I’m saying? That’s what I’m doing. So, to Charles Barkley, I could give a f*** how you feel. And that’s on me to you, since you upset with motherf***ers. We don’t give a f*** what you’re upset with. I know I don’t. I’m going to keep doing what I’m doing. The people supporting me. The people standing with me while y’all been sitting on TV rubbing y’all fat-ass bellies. Y’all got me f***ed up. Yeah, I’m going to reply. Ain’t nobody else going to say nothing. But y’all keep that same energy when y’all see me, too.”

Jackson surely gave a lot of f***s for someone who doesn't give a f*** about others' opinions. So much that he took to Instagram to tell his followers all about it.

Jackson kept “that same energy” in a recent interview with CNN's Don Lemon, but the former NBA player was picked apart by someone much more read on anti-Semitism than he is.

Barkley might not always have the best predictions, but his pulse on issues concerning race has been strong throughout the years, and his recent effort to spread awareness hasn't gone unnoticed.
