The 2023 United States Hockey Hall of Fame Class was announced by USA Hockey on Friday, headlined by two-time Stanley Cup champion Dustin Brown.

Brian Burke, Katie King Crowley, Jamie Langenbrunner, and Brian Murphy will also be enshrined in the prestigious US Hall of Fame in December.

It's an amazing Class and a group that truly reflects extraordinary,” USA Hockey president Mike Trimboli said in a statement. “Their accomplishments are varied and far-reaching, and the positive impact they've had on the game — and will continue to have — will no doubt benefit generations to come.”

Brown and Langenbrunner are former players who have made significant contributions to American hockey. Brown became the second American captain to hoist the Stanley Cup when the LA Kings defeated the New Jersey Devils in six games in 2012. He followed it up with another championship in 2014, this time knocking off the New York Rangers in five contests.

He now has a statue in Los Angeles, and his No. 23 has been retired to the rafters at Crypto.com Arena.

Jamie Langenbrunner has two Stanley Cup titles of his own, winning in 1999 with the Dallas Stars and 2003 with the New Jersey Devils. He played with Brown on the US Olympic team that won a silver medal in Vancouver against Team Canada in 2010.
