Washington Wizards point guard John Wall became the franchise's all-time assist leader during Monday night's matchup against the Houston Rockets.
The shifty floor general had three assists by halftime, dishing the record-setting helper on a fast break drive to the basket, ending fittingly enough in the hands of running mate Bradley Beal.

The assist marked the 3,823rd in Wall's career, surpassing Hall of Famer Wes Unseld (played for the Washington Bullets) and reaching the mark in only his seventh season.

Wall's assist prowess has been impressive, handing out double-digit helpers in the last three seasons, including this one.
The Kentucky product also has a streak of 17 straight games with a steal, which he kept going on Monday.
The Wizards' fate will largely depend on the strength and health of its backcourt this season. Needless to say, in Wall we trust.
