On Wednesday night, one of the most bizarre plays in NBA preseason history occurred.

In the second quarter of the match between the Clippers and Raptors, Los Angeles guard Jamal Crawford lost his shoe.

His teammate, Blake Griffin, picked it up and attempted to throw it to the sideline so no one would trip on it. The only problem was, Cory Joseph was there trying to deny Chris Paul the ball, and the shoe hit his face.

By also shooting 2-of-3 from the three-point line in the game, it just goes to show that Griffin really did work hard over the summer to add more moves to his arsenal.
