Following Wednesday night's season-ending defeat at the hands of the Milwaukee Bucks, the Boston Celtics are now left with no choice but to start thinking about how they will bounce back next year.

Celtics guard Terry Rozier was one of the first to propose a solution for this season's disappointment, with the 24-year-old suggesting that Boston strongly consider a full revamp on their current roster.

Rozier is understandably feeling a bit salty here as he pertains to his teammates wanting to be in the limelight.

The Celtics went on a highly-unexpected extended playoffs run last season despite losing their main guys through injury. Rozier was one of the guys who led the charge for Boston, and he was heralded as a hero for his role in the C's historic postseason run.

This season, however, would be different, as the return of Gordon Hayward and Kyrie Irving inevitably had an adverse effect on the team's dynamics. As Rozier expressed, there appeared to be too much alphas on a single team, which ultimately, led to a disappointing season.

In his mind, Rozier believes that the only way to resolve this issue would be for the team to undergo a complete overhaul in the summer. Irving, the team's current cornerstone star, will be entering free agency in the summer, so by reading between the lines, it would not be difficult to figure out what Rozier is trying to imply here. Perhaps, he feels that a shift in the team's leadership has now become a prerequisite to success.
