It was like taking candy from a baby. In this case, it's a 7'4″ baby and Kawhi Leonard wasn't fazed.
Leonard and the rest of the Los Angeles Clippers was locked in Tuesday night as they're on their way to a huge Game 5 win against the Dallas Mavericks. The Clippers have been in control of the game after fighting through an early Mavericks lead in the opening moments of the game. Leonard has been on target offensively but plays like this only prove that the 29-year old is indeed one of the best two-way players in the NBA right now.
Watch as Leonard grab the ball from Mavericks center Boban Marjanovic with ease:

Just a quick reminder on how big Kawhi's hands really are.
Kawhi Leonard has been the Clippers' main weapon so far as he's been huge all-series long against the Mavericks. The two-time NBA champion has led his team as he's averaged 33 points per game prior to Tuesday's Game 5 match-up. But more importantly for Los Angeles, Leonard has been in the zone defensively as well as they try to contain Dallas' red-hot offense.
Though offensively, the Clippers have a lot of weapons it's their defense that's been elite all-season long that has helped them get to where they want to be. With Dallas putting up a fight in this series, Leonard and the rest of the Clippers must rely on their defense to make sure they keep the Mavs at bay.
Plays like this tell us that “The Claw” is definitely locked in.
