The Baylor Bears are in the Final Four in the NCAA Tournament and they can use any help they can get to reach the championship game. With Baylor looking for motivation ahead of their showdown against Houston, Tony Dungy — the former head coach of the Indianapolis Coltsspoke to the team, via Anthony Calhoun of WISH-TV.

Dungy doesn't seem to have any personal connections to the Baylor team, but he does appear to have a close relationship with Scott Drew. Plus, the tournament is taking place in Indiana, where Dungy used to coach when he was with the Colts.

On their path toward advancing to the Final Four, Baylor has beaten Hartford, Wisconsin, Villanova, and Arkansas. Three of their four wins thus far in the tournament have been by double digits, showing that they have a chance to hoist the championship trophy.

Baylor has been led by Davion Mitchell, who is a spectacular player on both ends of the court. Mitchell has gotten plenty of help from Jared Butler and Matthew Mayer as they've held opposing teams to only 60.2 points per game in the tournament so far.

During his legendary coaching career with the Colts, Dungy was known for his leadership skills on and off of the field. Even though he's no longer a coach, Dungy is still putting his motivational skills to good use by helping Baylor as they prepare to square off against Houston.
