Dwyane Wade is not done yet. Doubters have been calling for his exit for a year now, claiming that his prime is over, and he should think about hanging up his sneakers.

When the Miami Heat played against the Charlotte Hornets in the 2016 Eastern Conference playoffs, Wade had encounters with the now infamous purple shirt man, who continually heckled him from the front row.

The heckling fired Wade up, and the Heat eventually took the series, with Wade revealing that it was the purple shirt man heckling him about needing to retire that got his competitive juices flowing.

Later in the playoffs, although the Heat fell to the Toronto Raptors in the Conference Semifinals, Wade had a fantastic series and it was clear that he is still one of the game's best players.

Wade insists that he’s not done yet, and recently told = the Chicago Chronicle that he still feels he’s at an elite level at this stage of his career.
