What were you doing when you were 20 years old? Well, if you ask Miami Heat rookie Tyler Herro, he's busy setting records in the NBA.

The Heat guard had a spectacular outing in his first-ever Eastern Conference Finals game as he was one assist shy of a triple-double, finishing with 12 points, 11 rebounds, and nine assists as they stole Game 1 from the Boston Celtics in overtime, 117-144.

The 13th overall pick in last year's NBA Draft, Herro scored in twin digits for the 10th consecutive game in the Playoffs, tying Heat legend Dwyane Wade for the longest streak by a rookie in franchise postseason history.

The record is another milestone for the former Kentucky hotshot as he was also named to the All-NBA Rookie Second Team prior to the game, joining Terence Davis, Coby White, PJ Washington, and Rui Hachimura.

Tyler Herro has been highly instrumental to the Heat's inspired run in the Playoffs, averaging 14.7 PPG, 4.9 RPG, and 3.3 APG, while shooting 40% from three-point range. He's also playing crunch time minutes for coach Erik Spoelstra, and tonight against Beantown, he didn't disappoint. He drained a crucial three-pointer to cut the Celtics' lead to just two, 105-103 with only 1:02 remaining in regulation. The shot kept them afloat as Jimmy Butler, who has taken quite a liking to his neophyte teammate, eventually gave them the lead with 22 ticks left before the game went into OT and setting the stage for Bam Adebayo's historic game-saving block.

Herro and company will try to take a commanding 2-0 lead against the Celtics on Thursday.
