Julius Randle and the New York Knicks were unable to sneak away with a victory over the Brooklyn Nets on Monday, which led to Randle's son becoming upset. While leaving the game on Monday, Randle's son pointed out that he isn't a fan of the Nets in any capacity.

It was a back-and-forth battle between the Knicks and the Nets on Monday, with Brooklyn emerging victorious. After holding a lead in the first half, New York would give up the lead late in the fourth quarter.

With under four seconds remaining in the game, Jeff Green was fouled, allowing the Nets to take a two-point lead with the game nearing a close. Following a timeout by Tom Thibodeau, Randle would get an opportunity to send the game into overtime with a mid-range pull-up jumper, only for it to bounce off of the rim.

Randle's son was in tears due to the outcome of the game, iterating that he hates the Nets. After Monday's disappointing loss, the Knicks are now 0-3 against the Nets this season, which doesn't bode well for New York if they meet Brooklyn in the playoffs.

Given the success that the Knicks have had this season thus far, there could be a rivalry brewing between New York and Brooklyn again. There is no love lost between both teams and it's obvious that Randle's son doesn't care much for the superteam that the Nets have built.
