Charlotte Hornets big man Frank Kaminsky is soon about to be immortalized in bobblehead form. But he won’t be just any old bobblehead; he’ll be a Star Wars Stormtrooper bobblehead, which will be given away to 7,500 lucky fans in the Hornets’ upcoming “Star Wars Night” game against the Los Angeles Lakers on Dec. 9.

In preparation for the big night, Kaminsky was seen hard at work shooting some final promotional materials alongside some fellow Stormtroopers in front of a green screen.

While Kaminsky was not seen wearing the famed Stormtrooper uniform, it will be interesting to find out whether they actually made him put one on. If so, it’d be quite a sight to see the gigantic seven-footer becoming what has to be the tallest Stormtrooper ever.

Kaminsky has unfortunately been as anonymous as a Stormtrooper this season. He’s not had the breakout season thus far that many were expecting from him in Year 3. He’s averaging a mere 11.1 points and 4.1 rebounds, which are basically identical numbers from last season.

Hopefully for Kaminsky, he can eventually find a way to get his season going to the point where his Star Wars bobblehead doesn't become the one big highlight of his year.
