According to fellow TNT host Charles Barkley, at one point in time former NBA superstar Shaquille O'Neal believed the moon to be a 10 hour trip from Earth.

While appearing on Conan O’Brien's show, Chuck let the world know Shaq's dirty little secret — which, I suppose, is him not having a GPS to the moon? Anyway, here's the clip.

It's very good to know that arguably the most dominant big man in NBA history believes it's a shorter trip to the bleeping moon than it would be to fly halfway around the planet he is actually living on.

To be completely fair to Shaquille O'Neal, I don't know the actual time it takes to travel to the giant cheese-circle in the sky. Do you? I mean, I assume we all know it isn't only 10 hours, but maybe Big Diesel is just a huge believe in technology, blindly believing we figured things out in a next-level way.

Anyway, for aspiring journalists out there or anyone who happens to run in NBA circles, the next time anyone sees Shaquille O'Neal, an obvious question needs to be asked: If he believed the moon is only a 10 hour trip from his home planet, how far a trip does he think it is from the top of New York state to the bottom?
