Kennedy Chandler, a five-star prospect out of the 2021 college basketball recruiting class, has the Tennessee Volunteers making a strong push to land his services.

Recently, the young man revealed five official visits he plans on taking. Those schools involved with the visits are the Tennessee Volunteers, Syracuse Orange, Ole Miss Rebels, Florida State Seminoles and Michigan Wolverines.

In turn, obviously, it's not exactly stunning that the Vols sent an assistant to check on the young man.

We learned of this news by way of Rivals and Stockrisers reporter Jake Weingarten.

Recruiting service outlets either Kennedy Chandler as a four or five-star recruit. Furthermore, those outlets tend to agree he’s one of the 25 (or so) best players in the entire 2021 recruiting class. Some have him even higher, nearing the top 10 mark.

He has, more recently, been solidifying himself as a five-star.

The Tennessee Volunteers enter the 2019-20 college basketball season losing three key players, but Lamonte Turner is expected to help fill the void.
