It appears that Kyle Kuzma is heading to the Washington Wizards as a single man. According to TMZ Sports, Kuz broke up with his supermodel girlfriend Winnie Harlow a week ago after about a year and a half of dating.
The Wizards forward started seeing Harlow back in March of 2020 after reportedly sliding into her DM's on Instagram. They publicly showed affection for each other, with the model even hiring a private plane to fly over the Orlando Bubble and send a Happy Birthday message to Kuzma in last year's NBA Playoffs.
Kuzma's four-year career with the Los Angeles Lakers came to an end a couple of weeks ago when he was traded to the Wizards alongside Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Montrezl Harrell for Russell Westbrook. Kuz even penned a heartfelt letter to the Lakers via a Player's Tribune article, which just showed how much he loved playing for such a storied franchise.
As for the breakup, they apparently split on good terms and are still friendly with each other. It's unknown if the trade to the Wizards played any part in Kuzma's decision, though.
They were cute while it lasted. Here's to hoping the two find love elsewhere once again. Who knows, maybe they'll link up one day and continue their relationship.
