Amir Johnson will officially become an unrestricted free agent in a few hours and his options are beginning to add up.

Sources have told ESPN’s Ian Begley that the Chicago Bulls and Brooklyn Nets both have eyes for the energetic big man’s services, giving the Toronto Raptors, his former team of six years, some competition.

Johnson figures to become a solid rotation center for any team that would acquire him. A veteran presence inside the paint who only does what his coach asks of him — such player will always be a welcome addition to any roster.

Last season, he averaged 6.5 points on 57.6 percent shooting from the field to go along with 4.6 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 0.8 blocks for the Boston Celtics.
