Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown is not making a big deal of his nagging right hamstring injury that clearly bothered him in Game 1 of their Eastern Conference Semifinals series against the Milwaukee Bucks.

Brown was actually given the green light to play Sunday without any restrictions, but he was unable to perform at his best and struggled with just 12 points on 4-of-13 shooting from the field. He also committed seven turnovers in the contest as the Celtics succumbed to a 101-89 win.

While Brown's injury raised a lot of concerns following his poor performance in the loss, he tried to ease them a bit by highlighting that he's feeling fine.

“I’m fine. I just gotta come out and play basketball and leave it all out on the floor. Can’t be any apprehension,” Brown said, per Josue Pavon of CLNS.

Jaylen Brown's condition will be critical for the Celtics as they try to get one back from the Bucks. Giannis Antetokounmpo and co. already erased their homecourt advantage with the win at TD Garden, so they will need to protect Game 2 and win if they don't want to go to Milwaukee trailing 2-0.

The 25-year-old Brown put up 22.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 2.5 steals in their four-game sweep of the Brooklyn Nets in the first round, and the Celtics will need similar production from him or even better if they want to make it a series against the reigning champs.
