A new chapter has arrived in the storied career of NBA Champion and Hall of Famer Dwyane Wade as he releases the newest signature sneaker in his Way of Wade series. In a collaboration with global sneaker marketplace KICKS CREW, the Li-Ning Way of Wade 11 is now available as an O.G. of the sneaker game sees his legacy continue.

In an era where NBA stars have begun to diverge from sneaker giants like Nike and Adidas to expand their reach overseas, Dwyane Wade was one of the first superstars to sign with a lesser-known brand at the time in Li-Ning. Debuting his first shoe in 2012, the signature line now carries over five performance basketball models, with the Li-Ning Way of Wade 11 being the latest flagship release. Drawing inspiration from Afrofuturism, Wade and the design team used the Li-Ning Way of Wade 11 as a canvas to tell the story of his life. From the TPU heel counter to the outsole, we see details of Wade’s basketball and post-basketball journeys. From the three championships to his zodiac sign and daughter’s name, the Li-Ning Way of Wade 11 is filled with tributes specific to Wade himself. The debut ‘305’ colorway pays homage to his legendary career in Miami, where he won three championships with the Heat and became a symbol for the city.
Engineered for excellence, the Li-Ning Way of Wade 11 ‘305’ features the latest advancements in performance basketball tech. The shoes feature the latest in Li-Ning carbon fiber Carbon Core through the midsole, offering maximum response and bounce. The EVA through the upper and midsole allow for stability, while the GCU rubber outsole is engineered from maximum tread and grip.
Each iteration of the Way of Wade series is a testament to Wade's influence on basketball and fashion, blending performance with design to create shoes that resonate with fans worldwide. All in all, it's safe to say he's got another great sneaker on his hands.
