Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro will be hearing his name a lot in trade rumors this offseason. Herro had a mediocre sophomore year after a sensational rookie season, which saw him set a bunch of NBA records.

According to reports, the Heat have grown concerned about Herro, who has allegedly become too enamored with his celebrity status in South Beach. If the latest remarks of Bam Adebayo are any indication, it seems the 21-year-old Herro really needs to get back on track.

Herro was included on the Team USA Select Team that will play against Adebayo and the rest of Team USA as part of preparations for the Tokyo Olympics. When asked about this, Adebayo said Herro needs to be a sponge and learn from NBA superstars.

“He’ll get the chance to go against the best in the USA. So I feel like that’s one of the biggest things that he can get. And obviously, getting to watch, like, people’s work ethic and how they go about their professional business.”

It's quite interesting to note that Adebayo touched on work ethic and professionalism, two things that some critics have fired against Herro. The 23-year-old Adebayo has always prided himself with his workhorse mentality, and perhaps he wants his young Heat teammate to do the same.

Herro has had a meteoric rise to stardom, and some feel that the way he has handled this doesn't exactly fit in with #HeatCulture, which has always been about selflessness.

Bam Adebayo has given a subtle warning. It's now up to Tyler Herro to take note.
