The Miami Heat were down 117-93 to the Toronto Raptors with under three minutes to go in the game. A home Miami crowd was a leaving and rather silent. Derrick Jones Jr. wanted to liven things up a little bit, and he did.

That's a Dwight Howard “dunk,” more of a throwing of the ball into the hoop than a true slam. However, that doesn't mean what Jones Jr. pulled off is not impressive. He had to reach back extremely far for the ball.

In the defense of Bam Adebayo, he's not exactly someone who throws alley-oops a lot. The 21-year-old is a solid passer for a center, but still averages just 2.1 assists per game.

Jones Jr. finished the game with just four points and one steal in 24 minutes. That being said, he had the play of the game for Miami, and was able to get the crowd on their feet in a blowout.

The Heat ended up losing 125-104 and dropped to 31-35 on the year. They're still in eighth place, however, half a vame ahead of the Orlando Magic for that final playoff spot.

It's hard not to be impressed by that athletic display, even in a loss.
