The Arizona Cardinals suffered a 28-21 defeat at the hands of the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday night, and to make matters worse, Cardinals star quarterback Kyler Murray seems to have sustained a shoulder/arm injury.

Murray suffered the knock in the first quarter, but he was able to play through it. After the game, the 23-year-old himself provided an update on his status moving forward, and at this point, there appears to be nothing to worry about.

“I'm good,” was all that Murray had to say about his injury, via Cardinals team insider Darren Urban (h/t Mike Florio of NBC Sports).

The good news is that Murray's injury does not seem to be significant. He likely won't be missing any time because of this, but then again, you never know.

It did look like the injury had an adverse effect on Murray's performance, however, with the former first overall pick completing just 29-of-42 of his passes against the Seahawks. He did score on two passing touchdowns, though, so it wasn't a completely wasted evening for Murray.

The 6-4 Cardinals have lost two of their last three games, and the last thing they need now is an injury to their star QB. Murray will have a little over a week to rest and recuperate, with Arizona not due back for action until Nov. 30.

Kyler Murray will need to be fit enough for that one, as his cards look to get back on track against Cam Newton and the New England Patriots.
