Boston Celtics head coach Brad Stevens is in awe of Kemba Walker's first game after the scary neck injury.
In their 121-110 victory over the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday, Walker dropped 39 points, six rebounds and four assists. After the game, Stevens commended Walker's huge shots that allowed the Celtics to stay in the game.

Last Friday against the Denver Nuggets, Walker suffered a scary neck injury after he crashed headfirst into the chest of Semi Ojeleye. The guard lay motionless on the floor for several minutes as fans, teammates, and the opposing team stood silent. A neck brace was put on him and was stretchered out of the floor.
Article Continues BelowAfter a series of tests, Walker displayed concussion-like symptoms but has since gone away. Now, he's back, healthy and ready to play for the Celtics.
Walker spoke with the media ahead of their game with the Nuggets, pointing out how much of a scary moment the on-court incident was. However, he's thankful that he's okay.
“It was a scary moment for myself,” Walker told reporters after Boston's shootaround on Wednesday, per Reuters. “When I was in the moment, it was pretty tough to be in, obviously. I know it was scary for everybody.
“It was tough, but thank God I'm OK.”
Kemba's performance, which led to a big win over the Nuggets, is a clear indication that the star guard is a hundred percent healthy. Hopefully, it stays that way for the rest of the year as he's been spectacular for the Celtics.
