Boston Celtics young star Jayson Tatum revealed why he wears No. 0. While it may come as a surprise to some, it makes a lot of sense.

Similar to Jayson Tatum, Gilbert Arenas was an absolute stud, especially with the Washington Wizards. Arenas averaged 20.7 points, 5.3 assists, and 3.9 rebounds over the course of 552 career games. Agent Zero won Most Improved Player in 2003, made the All-NBA second team in 2007, and made the All-NBA third team in 2005 and 2006.
Tatum may be young, but clearly he has a great reason to wear No. 0. Tatum was rewarded after his spectacular 2017-18 season by making the All-Rookie first team. The 20-year-old out of Duke has been beyond impressive so far in his young career.

Tatum helped lead Boston to the Eastern Conference Finals last season after losing both Kyrie Irving and Gordon Hayward. Hayward suffered a season-ending leg injury on opening night, while Irving needed knee surgery and also missed the entire playoffs.
Jayson Tatum is averaging 16.6 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 2.3 rebounds in 32.6 minutes per game this season. The 20-year-old is only shooting 40.4 percent from the field and 28.6 percent from 3, so there is plenty of room for improvement.
The Celtics as a whole have been a bit sluggish offensively to start the season, but they are still 5-2 and arguably the most talented team in the East. Now that Boston has all of its key players back at full health this season, the squad is the presumed favorite to represent the Eastern Conference in this season's NBA Finals.
