The Charlotte Hornets' playoff hopes have taken a big hit after dropping back-to-back games to the Los Angeles Lakers and Golden State Warriors, but they still have a small chance to make the playoffs, per BetOnline.ag.
Of course, the odds aren't good at +1200, and the Hornets would have to jump two teams to grab the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference, but is is doable.
The problem for Charlotte is that it does not have a particularly easy schedule the rest of the way.
Four of the Hornets' final six games are on the road, starting with a matchup in Salt Lake City against the Utah Jazz on Monday night. Charlotte will then battle the New Orleans Pelicans on Wednesday before returning home for a tough game against the Toronto Raptors on Friday evening.

After Toronto, the Hornets will head back on the road for two games, where they will take on the Detroit Pistons and then the Cleveland Cavaliers, the latter of which should be a win.
Charlotte will then conclude its regular season against the Orlando Magic on Apr. 10 in a contest that could ultimately decide who goes to the playoffs, as the Magic are also jockeying for one of the final playoff spots in the East.
