According to ClutchPoints' But will his All-Star teammate James be joining him? Yes, James is set to play in the game as well, making his much-anticipated return against the Bulls. James and Doncic are fixtures on the injury report these days, but with playoff implications on the line in the final push of the regular season, both will be on the floor for Saturday's game.

The Lakers have won three of their last four games, including against the Denver Nuggets, San Antonio Spurs, and the Phoenix Suns. They have a half-game lead over the Nuggets for third place in the Western Conference, but anything can change between now and the end of the regular season.

James hasn't played since suffering his groin injury in the second half of a 111-101 loss to the Boston Celtics on March 8. Perhaps he'll make his return Saturday night against the Bulls.

After the All-Star break, James dominated for the Lakers, scoring 25+ points in six consecutive nights, including a 40-point performance in a 110-102 win against the Portland Trail Blazers. He averaged 26.0 points, 9.8 rebounds, and 8.0 assists in four games throughout the first week of March.

Doncic undoubtedly picked up the slack in James' absence. After a three-game skid that started with the Lakers losing to the Celtics, Doncic led the Lakers to three consecutive wins. The streak came to an end Thursday in a 118-89 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks when James and Doncic were both sidelined.

So the answer to the question of whether James will play tonight versus the Bulls is maybe.
